Well first you need to find a Realtor. Someone who does it full time and is a member of the local Board of Realtors. Not only am I both of those, but I am also a member of the Indiana Real Estate Independent Brokers Association (IREIBA), a HUD Approved Broker and a Notary Public.

This website will give you some ideas and educate you as well. If you are searching for a new home, I can set up a custom search to notify you of a listing as soon as it hits the market.

If you are selling your home, I can put it on up to 7 additional websites including MIBOR.com, Realtor.com, & Yahoo real estate and to notify people locally and nationwide about your listing.

As your Realtor, I'll bring my years of 16+ years of experience successfully buying and selling both new and existing homes in the Cental Indiana market. I know the neighborhoods, schools, market conditions, builders and what it takes to make the deal go through.
